Having issues with my Quadrunner carb. Bike will start but take a while to return to idle and when the bike gets warm it will rev up on it's own. If I back the throttle butterfly valve right off it will run OK, will not rev up on it's own like this and revs come down as they should, but it will now not idle as not enough fuel air mix getting through.
I've been through the whole carb, apart from the pilot screw as the slot has rounded off and now I can't turn it, have searched all over for air leaks, made up a new gasket for the manifold, tightened everything up and now have run out of ideas.
Can anyone suggest anything else to try before looking for another carb?
