Unless someone has a link to one here on the Forum. Check a site called Tradebit. Their service manuals aren’t free, though they are very inexpensive depending on the model/year. Most service manuals are typically in between $10 - $20 depending on the manual. Seeing your bike is a ‘97 I don’t foresee it being more than $10. Well worth it. And all manuals are in PDF format. Seems like locating free service manuals online is getting harder and harder. I would just recommend forking out the $20. I was able to find one for my KingQuad shortly after I purchased it.
