Thanks man, the foam is completely gone. This is a great fourwheeler I have had it a long time, almost as long as I have had the dog that just one day decided to chew the foam off.

 

Only two suggestions I have is to find someone parting out a decent shape seat from around the same year that you could try and pick up. Other then that you could also try an upholsterer who repairs motorcycle seats. That’s what I did for my 300 KQ when I needed to get the seat recovered. They specialize in this field and should be able to carve you out a new foam and recover it. You’d have to call around and check, but that may be your best bet.

 

Redoing your old seat frame is the best way home from where you are. You can get foam and put the density and volume of foam amount that you want to make the seat frame comfortable for you. Vinyl can be had at most any upholstery shop, cover your foam on the old frame and you should be good to go.
