2000 250 Quadrunner squeak

I get a rubbing squeak only under throttle going forward.
It does not squeak when I....

Roll it back and forth in neutral
Drive it in reverse
Jack all four wheels off the ground and spin the tires under throttle.
Here is a video of the squeak.
I am having a hard time pinpointing where it's coming from.
I thought maybe a U joint.
Machine has 350 miles on it.

Get a buddy to put your bike it in 1st gear and slowly crawl forward while walking beside the bike and listening for where the noise is could be coming from. Dirty shocks could be one cause, amongst other things.
