Give it to me straight ya'll, do you see any problems with this setup. I've seen AJs setup on the quadrunner but didnt want to have anything fabricated and I didn't want the winch on the rack. I'm thinking move the headlights (and their original brackets, will have to cut them off) to the front of the rack. Bolt in two metal plates to the bars that stick out towards the radiator and used to hold the lights. Bolt the winch bracket to the metal plates, minimal modification winch installation? It's a slow day so I took way to much time photoshopping how this will look with a stock photo from the internet :ROFLMAO: (FYI Im only planning to cut the little headlight holders which are welded to the protruding bars coming off the bumper. bars will stay to mount winch)

Rather than fitting the lights to the top of the rack I would hang them under the rack on either side of the winch . Just thinking that sticking up on top they would be more vulnerable to damage and they would annoy the hell outa me there 😁

That is about the location the winch is located on my QuadRunner. Other than my winch is on the bottom of the plate, upside down. It’s mounted to an aftermarket winch mount that was available 25 years ago. As to the headlights, putting them on the front rack would significantly decrease the utility of the rack. I like the LED under the rack left and right of the winch option. Have fun.

Ah, I’ll say I don’t like the winch being upside down because it’s hard to see how the cable spools. But, you can’t see the winch in any modern bike anyhow where they’re mounted so far back within the “grip”. But the modern location does put the winch nice and low in the frame.

Thanks for the replies yall! I read the ones about lights after I did this of course haha but I think I'm going to follow the smaller LED light advice. As much as the love those caged circles, i agree with getting these lights off the front rack. Y'all think this looks like a frog? 🐸
