I got a quad runner Lt f250 from my uncle. I can't seem to find the year or vin. It also won't pull start. It pulls out a little bit and then stops 100% when it should turn it over

Go to the back of the bike, your see two vertical downtubes. The downtube on the left will contain you vin tag which is just a small welded plate to that tube. It’ll be facing the inner left rear wheel. Post up your 17 digit vin# and one of us will help you decode it.

Sounds like a locked up motor. If you take the pull start off you will find a round drum on the end of the crank that the starter engages with. Try turning the drum by hand..
