So I just bought a 1992 king quad 300. The title that was given to me was for a quadrunner 200 but I found out that it was incorrect. The guy that I bought it from said thats what the DMV gave him. When i checked the carb I noticed that either A) The carb was rebuilt and had jets replaced that were bigger than stock (122.5 main, 40 slow which is what the 200 takes according to suzuki) or B) the carb is a replacement carb off of a quadrunner 4x4 (200) which was put on there because the guy thought it was a 200. Does anybody know what the number they stamped on the carb on the 1992 king quad 300.

First off, there is no 200cc Suzuki atv that I know of. In ‘92 these were the models available:

  • LT80
  • King Quad (LT-F4WDX) 300
  • Quadracer (LT250R)
  • Quadrunners (LT-4WD)
  • Quadrunner (LT-160)
  • Quadrunner (LT-F250)
  • Quadrunner (LT-160E)
  • Quadrunner (LT-230E)

As for the carb. Looks on sites such as (www.mrcycles.com), or (www.bikebandit.com). Look through the parts fiche for your model atv. The part# for a replacement carb should be listed.
