So recently I was riding in the wintertime in single-digit temperature and the water on my ATV froze overnight and the next morning my speedometer and odometer did not work. I think something inside is broken I just don't know what I need to replace, if someone has any idea that would be awesome.

Yours should be cable driven. Have you checked the cable at the back of the display? It should rotate when you are moving. If the Cable is broken, that would affect both, the speedometer and odometer operation.
