I have the kid almost installed but I don't see where the very small o-ring goes. Can anyone tell me where the smallest o-ring goes?

Put it all together and ran it for about 15 minutes. It seem to run much smoother kind of like a carb rebuild does. As far as I can tell the small o-ring has nothing to do with the fuel petcock, at least on this model. And, apparently the diaphragm is important to the overall performance of the quad. Surprisingly the diaphragm was in better shape than I would have guessed. I should have rebuilt it sooner.

Of the idle mix screw ?

Why would that be in this kit?
