As fas as I know, they have a lock ring on the inside, a slide hammer works best to pop them out but a bar and hammer is not hard also, just give it a good hit where it connects, that's why I asked if you were going to work on it in the bike or remove the front diffYou added "if it's the same as mine" What is your model and year? Is it listed in the list above? Those all use the same yoke as mine best I've been able to research.
