Funny i just ordered new K&N filters. Then got on here and saw this post. Straight from K&N my oil filters were $7.49 U.S. each. Last oil change i used suzuki filter and time before i used K&N. They are the only brand's I've ever bought for my quads.

For oil i buy valvolene atv or motorcycle oil. It's the only brand made for a wet clutch i can readily find locally at a reasonable price. Never had an issue with it. But i probably change my oil twice as often as needed. So I'm really not concerned with buying the best on the market.

Lots of options for certain on oil brands and selling points. Have used multiple types thru the years on various small engines, in a bunch of different applications, lawn mower, pressure washer, etc. Bottom line, not sure that you can beat Mobil 1, period.

Most of these recommendations are not JASO MA type oils, which is what is required for wet clutch engines, like the King Quad.

Same as Ajl, I use Suzuki brand. Ecstar R5000 and Suzuki filter. Negligible difference in price from other reputable brands, and it is JASO MA rated.
