Appreciate any help, mine may be too far gone. Im not sure of these Chinese knockoffs.

If your carb is not physically broken.....there is no reason it can't be rebuilt to work like new.....Chinese carbs are not a good idea for these bikes.....they are real picky.

The butterfly is rusted shut, i could barely get the throttle cable off. Had to cut the choke cable. Do you think one of those gallon jugs(carb cleaning) will free it all up? Quad sat outside for 7 years, it was set seized, got that taken care of but now its onto the carb!

I have to admit that's pretty bad shape .....If it was me I would give it a shot...it will take a lot of time and patience ....I use that gallon of cleaner you are talking about all the time ( chemtool brand) USE rubber gloves...it's bad stuff and wash your hands after. Let it soak at least 24 hrs. Do not put any rubber or plastic parts in it.

Install a carb kit ( Shindy brand is the best IMO )
