Duct Tape when its dry. Covers are usually about 30 bucks on ebay if you want to recover it yourself.

seats get old and brittle and crack i would just buy a new seat from Suzuki, buy once cry once.

Or you can always do what I did. I took my 300 KQ’s seat to an upholsterer who redid the seat cover me. It cost me $100 but he did one hell of job. Well worth it if you are able to take that route.
