Hello,
I have been blowing the R/H Rear universal joint after replacement with the greasable joints. Only last a couple of miles. Enough is enough. There was some discussion about three /four years ago but I do not see a final outcome or a part number concerning solid sealed joints and the drilled ones. The OEM only wants to sell the entire assemble as you all know$$$$$$$.
Sure hope some one will fill me in.

Is it the outside joints in the axle shaft?

I'm not sure if your model is the same as mine but this is what I recall was a direct replacement for the 99 kingquad 300 outside ujoints:

I also have the dimensions of 20mm x 52mm ujoints in my browser history

If it is the outside axle joint
POWERTRAIN INDUSTRIES #9951-22 perfect fit...
GMB #220-0045 will work( as Scott mentioned )

The difference in the two are that the Powertrain is .790 diameter
GMB is .787 diameter

These are the parts that WILL work ...made just like the OEM ( outside joint only on your model)

BE SURE to correctly time the u-joints when you put them back in or you will have problems

and by timing he means (I had to look it up when I did mine) the inner and outer ujoints are both turned the same direction. check your bearings when you have it apart too because bad bearings will cause your ujoints to wear out faster.

The inside Universal, I also think that phasing may be an issue. Does anyone have a undrilled solid Universal joint part number for a 1998 250 Quad Runner?

I can't find any info on the size of the inner u-joint for 94-2000 quadrunner
The ones I listed above will fit the outside

This appears to be a very thorough guide; did not confirm sizing is correct but appears to be detailed by year.
