My rear wheels are locked up and will not move. Won’t go forward or reverse, or move in neutral. You can hear the gears engage and see the wheel try to move. Thinking that the rear brake is locked up? Loosened the adjuster screws for both hand and foot brakes. No joy. Removed the rear wheel and hub, then the two nuts. Unable to remove the brake drum. Thinking that the brake pads my be jammed tight (or welded) to the brake drum. Looking for advice?
Gear/Drum Puller?
Use torch to heat up the drum in hopes that is will separate from the pads?
Any other thoughts or hints?
Any other problem (other than locked up brakes) that may be causing the issue?

Thanks, Marty

Ended up dragging it out with the rear wheels elevated and got it back to the house. Had to break the drum and heat it to eventually get it off, but that solved the problem. Used drum ordered from Ebay. Hope to be back in business next week.

The rear brake drum will rust and lockup the shoe. It can be turned but has to stay within the service limit that is stamped on the inside of the drum. Water and mud will ruin everything in there. That might have happened.
