Death Wobble above 35mph???

I have a 2003 Vinson 500 and while riding it will shake violently and start the death wobble at above 35mph. I have noticed that the tire on the right side is wearing alot on the outer edge and the left is not. Seems like the toe is set in on it a little. It is a very bad shake. I also noticed some play in the lower steering bushing. could this be causing it? all ball joints and tie rod ends seem tight. Thanks for any advice.

Between the worn tire and loose steering you have disaster waiting to happen..replace the tire, do an alignment (its not hard I just did both of my Vinsons) and the steering bushing... or drive slower
