Will a snorkel help mud in belt housing

New to here, recently went to Hatfield and mccoys then followed by tecumseh trails. I'm a guy who like to ride through the deepest holes just to put the machine to the test. After all it is a king quad 750, the greatest machine out there. I experienced some much expected belt slippage, took the belt case off and boys, she was packed full. Will a snorkel kit by triangle snorkels help this problem? It says it vents the belt housing so I assume it would. Because I dont want to kiss out on the next big hole because of some belt slipping.

A snorkel will eliminate allot of the crap in the housing for sure. Depending on the kit you buy it my even have filters for the intake and CVT intake snorkels. My 2 cents is that it is worth shelling out the money for a good kit.

2008 king quad 750AXI

5000lbs badlands winch with wireless controller
Pro Armor plates (all plates)
Full SYA Warrior riser and snorkel kit
Wild Boar radiator relocation kit ( I hope to be changing soon)
Twin air filter
Dual batteries
Bison hunter series front bumper
EPI mudder clutch kit with EPI severe duty belt
2 inch highlifter lift kit
MSA m20 wheels with 28 inch maga mayhem tires
M109R injector
VDI copperhead ECM (not a very good idea)
R.J.W.C exhaust dirtylife.ca
Front and rear demon axles (been trying to destroy with no luck) came from dirtylife.ca

Yep and the hardest part of installing my snorkelyouratv kit was being willing to cut into the plastics of my 2016 when it still had under 300 miles on it. Best decision i've made so far.

Yea I wasn't too thrilled about putting holes in my plastics either but I know the snorkels are very helpful in the mud and water.

In addition to a full snorkel I recommend placing a bead of silicone over rubber gasket before replacing outer belt housing. I could never keep water out before doing this.

So how do those that have done the riser snorkle mod like their handlebar light being blocked. As I use my KQ for fun and hunting this is of some concern. That handlebar light is useful.

My 400 doesn't have a handle bar light and my risers are centered thanks to no radiator being in the way but it doesn't matter as every kit i've seen for the 450/500/700/750 have the risers on the outside edges. Shouldn't block the handlebar pod light to much.
