Question Lack of power 03 Ozark

I recently had my 03 Ozark at the dealer to have the carb and fuel tank cleaned out because I let the bike sit to long in the garage. After I got it back, I have driven it around my neighborhood a couple of times and have noticed a lack of power with the bike. When I use to ride it more frequently, I remember being able to go up through the gears fairly quick. Now when I get past 2nd gear, it acts like it has nothing left. It almost acts like it wants to flood out when I have the throttle wide open. Not sure if the dealer just cleaned the carb and got it running for me like I asked or if I should have asked them to make sure everything was working properly. Any suggestions on what might be the problem would be greatly appreciated.
