I put a snorkle on my king quad 500, an when I took it out this weekend when water gets all under the atv or I take it in water past the tires it dies out when I come out or sometime before. No water gets in the air box, an it's completly sealed. An then I have to wait 3 to 10 minutes before it'll start. I'd appreciate any help.
Water getting on your coil or spark plug, I would use a few dabs of silicone on the spark plug boot to seal the plug tip from getting wet. I done it to mine.
Did you use die-lectric grease on all of your connections under the seat? If not that could be it as well.
That's what people have been telling me. Gonna go get some grease today an try it out. Thanks.
