King Quad Recall

For information regarding the recall you can check this link:
American Suzuki Motor Corp. Recalls ATVs Due to Fire Hazard

From what I can tell from reading around on the internet, some of the tanks had a bad gasket, or the opening was too big and the gasket doesn't seal well were the fuel pump goes in. So, it can leak gas.

I have called my dealer a couple times and gave them my information, and they have said both times they would get back with me. So far, I haven't heard back, but looks like mine should probably be on the list.

Yea I been reading about this. Seems like some shops don't mind making the repairs while others He Haw around.. Thanks for the info.
Bojib have you heard that Zuki stopped making the 450 axi and replaced it with the 500 axi. I can't find any info on any 2011 and beyond 450 axi,
The recall seems to be an easy fix and kinda odd that theres not more news about this..

work hard to play hard.
Just picked me up a nice like new 07 450 Grizzly
Maybe a king 750 axi someday..

I'm a little disappointed in my dealership at the moment. They are just a few minutes down the road and I have to drive by them everyday on the way to/from work. So, I hope they'll get their stuff together and do the work. If not, I don't care to take it to a competitor. It'd just be so much easier to drop it off on the way to work, and pick it up on the way home.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out they don't make the 450 anymore, and focus on the 500. There were too many machines too close in cc's there. They had the 400, 450, and 500.
