vin decode

Just a small question. My VIN reads that i have a LTF-250L 1990 quadrunner. My motor has 3500 stamped on it.. Is this a 350 4 wheeler or a 250?

Some motors have how many ml's of oil capacity stamped on them. Not sure that's the case with you.

The Quadrunners are usually 250 cc's as where King Quads are 300 cc's. If you need help in determining info on your quad post up you 17 digit Vin# and I'll try and help ya out. Your Vin# should be located at the rear of the quad, left rear down tube facing the left rear tire.

Jsaaj47a3l2101835 #vin,
One more question as well. The universal joints on this particular model, is there a cheap alternative to buying the $27 ones on ebay. (I'm a tightwad). i was told a certain model car would fit them, but i have no clue as to which one. I hate to take it to the Suzuki shop here because they are all horses rear ends and give very poor customer service.

Those that i have seen have to be welded back in,the way suzuki designed them you have to replace the axle.I have 1 complete axle left if you need one ill check to see if it will fit.

They have the same part number as the 96 so mine will fit.I get 50.00 for the axle and 16.00 to ship it,i know it seems high but through the dealer they are 500.00
