Cool 700 king quad shutting down

I have a 2005 700 king quad and I just had complete engine rebuild, the problem is that sometimes when my fan kicks on the bike shuts down. Anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

Is it the original temp sensor? If so it could be sending a bad/wrong signal to the ECM making it think that it is hotter than it is and making it shut down to keep it from blowing up. Does the fan stay on after the engine shuts down?

If yes to both questions then I would suggest getting new sensor and see if it helps.

Try checking the battery voltage with quad running,it may be discharging,it takes a lot of power to run the fi,pump and ignition, fan.

If it dont work we will fix it while we have our dirty clothes on.Best experience is hands on experience.
IF IT AINT BROKE,DONT FIX IT.
