clutch adjustment

I am trying to help somebody, they have about a 2003 suzuki eiger, I think it is a 5 speed,

the clutch isn't disengaging and hell to change gears, how do I adjust the linkage to make the clutch engage before the shift, I can't even figure out how to pop off the plastic nuts that are holding the panels on, I see a linkage from the shifter to the transmission but I don't think that is the independent clutch adjustment,

It doesn't slip at all, when in gear you can lift up on the shifter as far and hard as you can and you are still moving.
